Soul Shredder Bullets is a Tier 2 Weapon Item, applying spirit amp against targets and increases the user's spirit lifesteal.

It can be purchased from the Curiosity Shop for 1,250.

Notes

The Spirit Amp is calculated multiplicatively with other sources of Spirit Resist and Spirit Amp (i.e. Escalating Exposure).
The Spirit Lifesteal from the debuff is independent from the diminishing returns from other sources of spirit lifesteal. It will always grant you a flat +20% spirit lifesteal.
The debuff only affects your own damage.
The debuff can be applied with melee attacks, as well as spells that deal melee damage.
