Active: Smash a bottle causing Billy to become Blasted, gaining bonus fine rate and move speed. Deal continuous damage to gain up to 3 stacks of Blastes.

Activate again to lose all buffs and heal based on current stacks.

Billy's weapon name, Biquette, means "young female goat" in French. It is a reference to "Biquette the punk rock goat", who went viral on the internet for hanging around punk rock and metal concerts.
Billy is referred to by other heroes as an "anarchist", "furball" and "goat head".
Billy was one of the heroes in a private build who was accidently leaked on stream in May 2025.^[1]
