Notes

• The spirit scaling buff from Diviner's Kevlar has some inconsistent interactions. For example:
  • Abrams' Siphon Life & Shoulder Charge will use the current spirit power when the ability does damage
  • Bebop's bombs will benefit from the bonus spirit power even if Diviner's Kevlar expires before the bomb explodes, as long as the bomb was applied prior to it expiring.
  • Infernus's Flame Dash will also reflect the current spirit power bonus when the ability does damage
  • McGinnis's turrets that are spawned while the spirit power is active will keep this buff for the whole turret duration
