Fortitude is a Tier 3 Vitality Item that grants Bonus Health. After a duration of time with no incoming damage, you gain a percentage of Max Health Regen. When above a 75% health, your movement speed will increase.

When the Fortitude buff is active, it appears as a glowing orange Ouroboros symbol in the player's back.

It can be purchased from the Shop for  3,200 (its Component, Extra Health, makes up  800 of the cost).
