Jezebel's is a sketchy yet popular bar located in New York.
Summary
Jezebel's is an old church renovated into a bililard's hall and bar. The place is run by a man named Hank and tended to by 
Infernus, who doubles as the bar's bouncer.[1]
Jezebel's is described in The New York Oracle as a place where people can bet their souls over a game of pool.[2]
Shortly before the events of the game take place, Jezebel's is under threat of getting shut down by the Alchemy Bureau due to a large number of infractions, including gambling souls without a licence, distributing souls from Ixia without a permit, and not having the Hex & Alchemy Bureau authorise a ward at the bar's entrance.
