Notes
- Slowing Hex sets a player's Gravity Scale to 120% (makes them heavier), regardless of their base gravity. This especially affects
Celeste and 
Ivy, who have innate gravity reduction. - Slowing Hex does not disable passive effects such as
Vyper's 
Slither (though it appears visually as though it was disabled). 
The Doorman's 
Doorway and 
Mo & Krill's 
Burrow are not affected by Slowing Hex.
