May 8, 2025	Cost increased from 500 to 800. Cooldown reduced from 8.5s to 8s. No longer grants +80 Spirit Shield Health. No longer grants +12% Melee Damage. Spirit damage reduced from 50 to 40. Spirit Resist Reduction reduced from -8% to -6% Debuff duration reduced from 11s to 6s.
