Abilities

The Doorman currently has no abilities.

The following abilities were listed in a previous version of the game:

Doorway

Place a door. Activate again to place a second door that will be linked to the first. If a second door is not placed within 5s of the first, the first door will be removed and the cooldown will start.

Once two doors are linked, heroes can pass through one door to exit the other.

Bullets and abilities cannot target or pass through linked doors.

Luggage Cart

Send out a Luggage Cart that knocks enemies to the side and forms a wall of dropped luggage behind it.

Ultimate

Based on added voice lines and models, the Doorman's ultimate teleports a target enemy to a ghostly hotel hallway where they need to escape via an elevator. The Doorman has unique ultimate lines for each hero, in which he provokes their fears and weaknesses.

Similar to the Walker change above, the turrets in the healing area in base now also wait on considering valid targets.
July 28, 2026	Bullet damage rescaled from 26 + 1.19/boon to 24 + 1.25. Call Bell Charge Time increased from 6s to 7s. Doorway duration reduced from 20s to 15s. Doorway T1 duration increased from +15s to +20s. Doorway T3 range reduced from +45m to +40m. Luggage Cart damage reduced from 80 to 60. Luggage Cart T1 increased from +60 Damage to +80. Luggage Cart range reduced from 25m to 20m. Luggage Cart T2 increased from +20m Cast Range to +25m. (Undocumented) Fixed a bug where Doorway range would not properly scale with Spirit and percentage range increases.
July 9, 2026	Bullet damage rescaled from 29.26 + 1.1/boon to 26 + 1.19 (Wiki note: the new scaling gives lower damage even at max Boon 35). Crit scaling reduced from -25% to -30%. Hotel Guest T3 increased from 13s Cooldown on Failure to Check Out to 15s.

Trivia

The Doorman was one of the heroes in a private build who was accidently leaked on stream in May 2025.^[1] A new version of the Doorman was leaked by an anonymous Discord user in July 2025.
The Doorman's Doorway ability summons one orange portal and one blue portal, similar to Valve's game Portal.
According to developer Kaori, the Doorman's voice actor is a stage actor on his first video game role.^[2]
