Everyone makes a mistake eventually. And when they do, they're mine.
Silver is a Hero in Deadlock, making her living tracking down lowlifes, but today New York’s misanthrope lycanthrope plans on summoning a god. Fortunately, her career as a bounty hunter has prepared her well for all that the ritual requires. She makes quick work of adversaries by catching them with her Entangling Bola, Boot Kicking them in the face, and finishing them off with a Slam Fire from her rifle. But inevitably, the Lycan Curse comes calling whether she likes it or not, and her foes will regret being too close when it does.
Lilah Silver has been a werewolf for as long as she can remember, insisting that she has her Lycanthropy under control. Despite her successes as a bounty hunter, Silver struggles with alcohol, smoking, financial, and personal troubles on a daily basis, driving her to seek the Patron's help to "thrive".
Hair of the Dog reloads single shots and the reload can be interrupted.

Loose Muzzle only hits enemies in melee range, in a cone-shaped attack that can hit multiple enemies. The range cannot be increased by items such as Sharpshooter. It has no ammo count and no reload, and does not deal headshot damage. It does proc Weapon item effects such as Ricochet.
Silver is unique among heroes in having two distinct sets of abilities — one for her default (human) form and one for her transformed (werewolf) form — which swap automatically when Lycan Curse transforms her. Her ultimate, Lycan Curse, is shared between both forms and triggers the transformation.

The passive feature has a short delay before automatically casting Lycan Curse once bloodlust is full. The player can press the ability button to transform instantly during that delay.
Wolf Silver's base attack deals Weapon Damage (see "Weapon/Transformed" above for more info). She can still do Melee Attacks with the melee key, but it can be hard to tell when Wolf Silver uses light melee since it has a similar animation to her base attack.
Damage dealt to NPCs does not count towards Lycan Curse. However, it does generate the 1% passive buildup in combat.
After Lycan Curse ends, Silver's weapon is automatically reloaded.
Lycan Curse's cooldown does not begin until the transformation ends.
Buildup notes:
Lycan Curse bloodlust builds 0.255% per damage dealt.
Whenever Silver is below 30% health, the bloodlust buildup is increased by +40%. This additional buildup grows by +1.8% per Boon (additively), making it +103% at max level. This bonus is applied retroactively to the existing buildup when Silver reaches the health threshold.
The base required amount of hero-damage inflicted (not counting low health bonus) to charge Lycan Curse is 392. The damage required increases by +9.4% per Boon (additively), making it 613 at level 6 when the ultimate is unlocked, and 1682 at max level.
Lycan Curse bloodlust also passively builds up 1% per second in combat, effectively lowering the damage required.
Buildup is lost at the rate of -3% per second when out of combat.
Lilah Silver is a mess. She drinks too much, she smokes too much, and the less is said about her personal life the better. But despite Silver's flaws she has managed to carve out a career as a successful bounty hunter, and while she would like to think that her successes are solely because she has incredible intuition, the fact that she’s a werewolf doesn’t hurt.
Lycan Curse cooldown increased from 70s to 80s. (Global ult change)

Trivia
During development, Silver was originally codenamed Shapeshifter, whose name was leaked in November 2025.[3]
Silver had a scrapped ability where she tracked bounties during the match, as indicated by unused voicelines still in the files.
The name of Silver's weapon, Hair of the Dog, is a shortening of the expressionHair of the Dog that Bit You, referring to alcohol consumed to lessen the effect of a hangover.
Silver is the first hero to possess a weapon without a traditional projectile or ranged option, as her primary fire in Werewolf form swings her claws to maim enemies in melee range. She's also the first hero to have two sets of abilities.
"Figuring Out What Happened Last Night in the Hideout" is displayed as one's status in the in-game Friends List when playing as Silver in the Hideout.
Silver's name is an ironic reference to the fact that silver is a common weakness to werewolves. The Patrons tell the player to find silver bullets to stop an enemy Silver.[4]
It's also a common component-word primarily to describe appearance of non-human specimen (e.g. "silver back", "silver fang", etc.).
Silver's release date, February 2, 2026, was under a full moon, a common association with werewolves.
Silver's hairstyle is known as a Wolf Cut, originally known as a Shag.
