Slowing Hex is a Tier 2 Spirit Item that grants the hero Sprint Speed and Spirit Power.

Slowing Hex has an Active ability which can be used against a target enemy, dealing Spirit Damage, slowing the target's movement and dashes and Silences the target's movement-based items or abilities.

It can be purchased at the Shop for  1,750 (its Component, Enduring Spirit, makes up  500 of the cost).
