Notes

• Movement Silence sets a player's Gravity Scale to 120% (makes them heavier), regardless of their base gravity. This especially affects Celeste and Ivy, who have innate gravity reduction.
• Movement Silence removes the knockback movement from Shiv's alt-fire.
