- Doorman was one of the heroes in a private build who was accidently leaked on stream in May 2025.[1] A new version of Doorman was leaked by an anonymous Discord user in July 2025.
- Doorman's Doorway ability summons one orange portal and one blue portal, which could be a reference to Portal, another game Valve created.
