Slowing Hex is a Tier 2 Spirit Item that grants the hero Health and Spirit Power.

Slowing Hex has an Active ability which can be used against a target enemy, dealing Spirit Damage, slowing the target's movement and dashes and Silencing the target's movement-based items or abilities.

It can be purchased at the Shop for 1,750 (its Component, Enduring Spirit, makes up 500 of the cost).

December 6, 2024	Cooldown increased from 26s to 28s
November 7, 2024	Now uses Enduring Spirit as a component. Now gains +10% Spirit Lifesteal and +75 Bonus Health. Spirit Power reduced from 5 to 4. No longer grants +1 Sprint. Damage reduced from 70 to 40.
October 24, 2024	Updated Slowing Hex projectile loop, hit, and debuff sounds. Slow reduced from 25% to 20%.
