Diviner's Kevlar is a Tier 4 Spirit Item that provides Ability Duration and Cooldown Reduction to the purchasing hero.
Diviner's Kevlar has a passive that, upon casting an ultimate ability, the purchasing hero gains temporary Bullet Shield, Spirit Shield, and Spirit Power.
It can be purchased from the Shop for 6,200.
Notes
- Diviner's Kevlar provides +12% cooldown reduction which also affects its own cooldown, so effectively it's normal cooldown is 56s.
- The spirit scaling buff from Diviner's Kevlar has some inconsistent interactions. For example:
Abrams' Siphon Life & Shoulder Charge will use the current spirit power when the ability does damage
Bebop's bombs will benefit from the bonus spirit power even if Diviner's Kevlar expires before the bomb explodes, as long as the bomb was applied prior to it expiring.
Infernus's Flame Dash will also reflect the current spirit power bonus when the ability does damage
McGinnis's turrets that are spawned while the +40 spirit power is active will keep this buff for the whole turret duration
Vindicta's flight duration scales off of spirit; if she uses her ultimate while flying, the duration of the flight will get extended, however the 'bonus spirit damage' portion of her flight will terminate unexpectedly early.
