Capacitor is a Tier 4 Weapon Item.

It has a passive ability that shocks enemy targets; and an active ability that deals damage, applies slow and removes all non-ultimate buffs on the affected enemy players.

It can be purchased from the Shop for 6,400. Its Component, Tesla Bullets, makes up 3,200 of the cost.

Notes

Capacitor does not remove the Unstoppable status.
