July 28, 2026	Life Drain changed from 75% Damage to Heal to 100%. Life Drain DPS reduced to provide the same effective heal as before but with less DPS. Malice Damage amplification reduced from 8% to 7%. Malice T3 increased from +7% Damage Amp to +8%.
June 30, 2026	Soul Exchange cooldown increased from 190s to 220s. (Global ult change) Soul Exchange T1 reduced from -60s Cooldown to -50s. (Global ult change)
April 30, 2026	Life Drain heal reduced from 80% to 75%. Street Brawl: Essence Bomb range reduced by 15%.
April 10, 2026	Bullet damage rescaled from 21.94 + 0.946/boon to 20.7+1.0/boon. Soul Exchange cooldown increased from 185s to 190s.
March 25, 2026	Gun Falloff reduced from 20->52 to 17->48. Life Drain spirit scaling reduced from 0.536 to 0.43. Life Drain T3 spirit scaling increased from +0.3 to +0.4.
March 6, 2026	Essence Bomb self damage changed from 30 + 1.8 scaling to 30% of the damage (base is 90 + 1.2 scaling) Essence Bomb radius reduced from 9m to 7m. Essence Bomb cooldown reduced from 14.5s to 14s. Essence Bomb T1 increased from -4s to -5s. Essence Bomb T2 also increases radius by +2m. Life Drain cooldown increased from 30s to 34s. Life Drain break range reduced from 30m to 28m. Life Drain T1 DPS increased from +16.2 to +18. Life Drain T2 duration increased from +2s to +2.5s. Life Drain T3 charges increased from +1 to +2. Life Drain T3 now also increases spirit scaling by +0.3. Soul Exchange cast time reduced from 0.2s to 0.1s. Soul Exchange post cast hold time reduced from 0.7s to 0.2s. Soul Exchange T1 cooldown increased from -35s to -60s. Soul Exchange T2 changed from "On Cast: +35% Fire Rate for 8s" to "Silences enemies within 25m for 3s". Soul Exchange T3 changed from "Silences enemies within 25m for 3s" to "On Cast: +60 Spirit Power, +40% Fire Rate and +50% Spirit Resistance for 8s". (Undocumented) Updated sound effects for Lady Geist's weapon.
December 30, 2025	Ammo reduced from 10 to 9 Bullet Falloff from 58m to 52m
December 16, 2025	Stamina dash distance moved to bucket 3 (slower). Essence Bomb self damage spirit scaling reduced from 1.6 to 1.8. Malice self damage increased from 7% to 9%.
November 21, 2025	Soul Exchange T3 radius increased from 15m to 25m.
October 2, 2025	Essence Bomb spirit scaling increased from 1.07 to 1.22
August 18, 2025	New updated model. (Undocumented) Soul Exchange now deals True Damage instead of Spirit Damage. (Undocumented) Updated VO pass
July 29, 2025	Essence Bomb no longer sticks to units. Essence Bomb cooldown increased from 10.5 to 14.5. Essence Bomb radius increased from 7m to 9m. Essence Bomb T1 changed from "+2m Radius" to "-4s Cooldown". Essence Bomb projectile speed increased by 25%.
July 4, 2025	Fixed some AoE abilities not hitting midboss ( Kelvin Frost Grenade, Lady Geist Blood Bomb, Holliday Barrel). Base bullet damage reduced from 23 to 21. Essence Bomb arming time increased from 0.5s to 0.65s. Malice health cost increased from 6% to 7%. Malice T2 changed from "+30 Damage and 7% Damage Amp” to “+30 Damage and +4 Blood Shards”. Malice T3 changed from "+6 Blood Shards" to "+7% Damage Amp". Soul Exchange cast range reduced from 6m to 5.5m.
June 17, 2025	Base bullet damage reduced from 26 to 23. Life Drain self slow increased from 25% to 40%. Soul Exchange cast range reduced from 7m to 6m.
May 19, 2025	Health per boon reduced from 86 to 82. Essence Bomb self damage spirit scaling increased from 1.3 to 1.6. Life Drain cast range reduced from 20m to 18m.
May 11, 2025	Malice now costs 6% of your Current HP. Malice damage reduced from 32 to 25. Malice damage spirit scaling reduced from 0.72 to 0.6. T2 Malice reduced from 40 to 30.
May 8, 2025	Life Drain: You're now only slowed when Life Drain is damaging a target. (Undocumented) Base bullet damage increased from 22.5 to 26. (Undocumented) Gun clip size reduced from 13 to 10. (Undocumented) Life Drain Damage to Heal reduced from 100% to 80%.
April 17, 2025	Fixed some cases where Life Swap did not work.
February 25, 2025	Updated vo - largely remastering pass, some new content. Tracer revisions to lower visual noise when close to tracer. Life Drain is no longer cancellable. Life Drain no longer slows you down if it's not draining life from an enemy. Fixed Soul Exchange flashing on left of hud for <1s. Fixed casting errors that would sometimes happen with Soul Exchange.
December 6, 2024	Malice can now secure orbs. Soul Exchange T2 changed from "-10% Min Health" to "On cast +40% Fire Rate for 8s". Soul Exchange T3 changed from "On cast, +40% Fire Rate and +40% Spirit Resist for 8s" to "Silences enemies in 15m radius for 3s". Life Drain duration increased from 2s to 2.5s. Life Drain T3 changed from "Enemy is Silenced while being Life Drained" to "Ability becomes charged and grants +1 Charge". You can cast multiple Life Drains at the same time on different targets, no Charge Time.
November 21, 2024	Essence Bomb Self Damage spirit scaling reduced from 2 to 1.8
October 24, 2024	Life Drain revisions to show start of effect better but reduce noise afterwards. Malice: revisions to reduce vfx noise and obstructions. Malice: reduced brightness of vfx for players close to it. Malice slow reduced from 20% to 15%. Malice debuff duration reduced from 13s to 9s. Malice Damage Amp reduced from 15% to 8%. Malice T2 now also increases damage amp by 7%. Malice no longer causes you to un-zoom on cast.
October 10, 2024	Adjusted Lady Geist Life Drain to lower visual obstruction but increase awareness when it first latches. Fixed a bug that could cause some units to take more damage than intended with Essence Bomb when multiple targets are hit. Life Drain can now be alternate-casted on allied heroes. Added double tap accidental protection for Life Drain to help against instant cancellations. Malice slow duration reduced from 6s to 4s. Malice amp duration reduced from 16s to 13s. You can now see how many Malice stacks you have on you as the opponent.
September 26, 2024	Fixed various projectiles going through bosses ( Wraith cards, Geist bombs, etc). Bots can now choose to play Lady Geist, Mirage, Shiv, and Warden. Life Drain cooldown reduced from 42s to 30s. Malice cooldown reduced from 6.25s to 6s. Malice T1 improved from -2.75s Cooldown to -3s. Fixed Life Drain not healing extra based on amplifications (like Soul Shredder and Malice stacks). Sprint increased from 1 to 1.5.
September 12, 2024	Updated Lady Geist Blood Bomb, Life Drain, Malice, and Soul Exchange sounds. Lady Geist Blood bomb revisions to improve visibility in team fights. Essence Bomb T3 damage increased from 22% to 26%. Essence Bomb spirit scaling increased from 1.05 to 1.15. Fixed a recent bug with Malice that caused multiple blood shards to be absorbed by 1 hero rather than pass through and hit others (it didn't stack that way in any case). Self Damage no longer consumes shields (general change).
August 16, 2024	Fixed Lady Geist not being able to jump during Life Drain.
August 15, 2024	Improved effects around Lady Geist Soul Exchange to help with clarity.
August 1, 2024	Base sprint reduced from 2 to 1.
July 18, 2024	Base bullet damage reduced from 28 to 25. Bullet damage growth increased from 1.84 to 2.1. Essence Bomb T2 reduced from +70 to +60. Essence Bomb T3 increased from 20% to 22%. Life Drain self slow reduced from -40% to -25%. Soul Exchange can be cast on enemies that are lower health. It will always steal a minimum of 30% of their current health.
July 11, 2024	Fixed ability-based lifesteals not granting life from damage caused to shields (affects things like Hyperbeam T3, Siphon, Scorn, Life Drain, Flog and Concussive Combustion T3).
June 27, 2024	Updated Lady Geist weapon sounds.
June 20, 2024	Fixed the unit target UI not showing up for instant-cast abilities ( MoKrill ult, Lady Geist ult, Bebop bomb). Essence Bomb no longer starts decaying the arm time while in the air. Essence Bomb arm time reduced from 1s to 0.5s (this is a nerf for long distance bombs). Soul Exchange T3 changed to "After swap gain +40% Fire Rate and +40% Spirit Resistance for 8s".
June 6, 2024	Fixed a bug with Malice firing slightly upward.
May 30, 2024	Soul Exchange cast time reduced from 0.5 to 0.2.
May 23, 2024	Improved visibility of Lady Geist's bullet and travel path. Soul Exchange cast time reduced from 0.65s to 0.5s. Fixed Malice clipping aggressively against map geometry edges.
May 16, 2024	Soul Exchange now uses a new instant cast mechanism. When you are in range there is a valid target indicator.
May 10, 2024	Malice now comes out quicker and no longer slows you.
May 3, 2024	Blood Bomb damage increased from 80 to 100. Blood Bomb T2 damage increased from +65 to +70. Blood Bomb tooltip fixed to reference the correct self damage type and that it can be reduced with armor. Malice damage amp per shard increased from 10% to 15%.
