“Feral - Hot Mess - Transformation
Silver is a Hero in Deadlock. Silver makes her living tracking down lowlifes, but today New York’s misanthrope lycanthrope plans on summoning a god. Fortunately, her career as a bounty hunter has prepared her well for all that the ritual requires. She makes quick work of adversaries by catching them with her Entangling Bola, Boot Kicking them in the face, and finishing them off with a Slam Fire from her rifle. But inevitably, the Lycan Curse comes calling whether she likes it or not, and her foes will regret being too close when it does.

“Lilah Silver is a mess. She drinks too much, she smokes too much, and the less is said about her personal life the better. But despite Silver's flaws she has managed to carve out a career as a successful bounty hunter, and while she would like to think that her successes are solely because she has incredible intuition, the fact that she’s a werewolf doesn’t hurt.
Lore
It's implied that Silver's life is miserable. Her goal in the ritual, outside of collecting bounties, seems to be to wish herself a better life.[1][2][3]
Silver lives day by day with payment from her bounties, spending most of her money on either her place of living or on alcohol. She hopes that performing the ritual stops her from having to pay rent.
Silver supposedly has her Lycanthropy under control, whereas her alcoholism is not.
She has an unnamed ex-partner who accused her of pushing people away, implying she has trouble with intimate relationships and opening up to people emotionally.
Character interactions
- Silver seems to be paranoid that her teammates will steal her bounties.[4][5]
Mo & Krill have worked with Silver in the past and have a good working relationship with her.[6] While on the other team, they express concern over "how desperate" Silver has gotten and wish they could've helped her.[7]- According to
Rem, Silver's hair smells like Bourbon.[8] - Silver has a particular hate for Shiv, if she kills him, she claims "he deserved worse" and that "people don't change" despite what the Baxter society says.
- Vyper's use of bolas are because of Silver.[9]
- Vyper is implied to be a frequent bounty for Silver to hunt.
- Silver seems to had a good relationship with Venator, even making plans to go drink whiskey together after the ritual.

Trivia
- During development, Silver was originally codenamed Shapeshifter, whose name was leaked in November 2025.[10]
- The name of Silver's weapon, Hair of the Dog, is a shortening of the expression Hair of the Dog that Bit You, referring to alcohol consumed to lessen the effect of a hangover.
- Silver is the first hero to possess a weapon without a traditional projectile or ranged option, as her primary fire in Werewolf form swings her claws to maim enemies in melee range. She's also the first hero to have two sets of abilities.
- Silver's Friend's List status is "Figuring What Happened Last Night in the Hideout".
