A lot of people spend their whole lives wondering who they really are. For Victor, this existential question is made more complicated as he woke up on a mortuary table with no knowledge of his creator, why he was made, and whom he is made of.
Now searching the five boroughs for answers, Victor is hoping to find someone who can identify any part of him.
Overview
Victor's motivation in the ritual is to get any answers from the Patrons regarding his origins.[1][2]
Biography
Victor is made out of an assortment of other people's body parts.[3] Though he has been searching for a while, he has yet to find the origins of any of his parts,[4] and hasn't replaced or discarded any of them.[5] He once followed a lead of an accordion player in Milwaukee who was ritually murdered, but the man had lost his foot due to gangrene.[6]
Now, Victor has travelled a long way to New York in order to find answers there.[7]
Victor is in constant chronic pain,[3] with the only relief being from 
The Cube.[8] His body contains embalming fluid.[9] It's implied that Victor's physical condition is deteriorating, and his left arm keeps falling off.[10][5]
Victor has heterochromia, likely due to his eyes belonging to different people.
Personality
Victor is brooding and has existential dread.[11][12] He thinks of himself as a "grotesque mirror of humanity".[13] Victor says he's working on being less moody,[14] but brushes off 
Kelvin's advice to not squander his unnatural life.[13] He's often seen by the other heroes as sad or pitiable.[15]
Despite being in constant pain,[3] Victor is a grounded and logical person.[16][17][18] He doesn't enjoy hurting people in the ritual, but believes he has no choice if it means getting answers from the Patrons.[19][20][21]
Victor's willing to do anything for answers on his origins,[22] and feels the need to honor the people that his body parts come from.[5] Victor doesn't know what he's going to do once he's found answers as he hasn't given it any thought.[23]
Victor feels like he doesn't belong in his own body, as he can't tell where he ends and others begin.[24] He feels that some of his body parts are mismatched.[25] Victor dreams when he sleeps, and he believes that his dreams belong to him rather than his body parts.[26]
Appearance
Victor is a tall muscular man with long black hair, a brown left eye with a dilated pupil, a blue right eye, dark eyeliner, and stitches in his mouth corners. His stitched-up body parts are pale white and gray, with the exception of his blue right forearm and hand with elaborate tattoos. He has large scars over his torso and back, and smaller markings over his body. He wears stitched-up black pants with lowered suspenders and black boots. He has large metal bolts in his back, neck and left arm, which is also covered in barbed wire. When he dies with 
Shocking Reanimation, his body parts float apart and come back together. His weapon is a pneumatic stapler. He's considered attractive.[27][28][29][30]

Victor's creator
Victor wants to learn who his creator was and why they made him.
Victor isn't proud of his creator, and has a low opinion of them.[31][32] He worries that he may have been built by a serial killer, and intends to stop them if so.[33][34]
Victor believes he was made for a reason.[35]
Victor and Kelvin hoped that they could stick together, as they're both walking corpses.[36][37]
Kelvin tells Victor to make the most of his unnatural life, suggesting that Victor travels, writes a book, or finds love. Victor brushes off the advice.[13]

Infernus calls Victor "a pretty good looking corpse",[27] and 
Silver refers to him as the "prettiest corpse on Manhattan".[28] 
Paige tells Victor never to put on a shirt,[29] and 
Mina offers to properly sew his body together if he'll work as a clothing model at one of her shows.[30]
- Victor often asks other characters for any leads on his origins. He asks
Mo & Krill if he can search the New York sewers to see if any body parts down there match his own.[38] He also asks 
Dynamo where Columbia College gets their cadavers for their medical program.[39] Victor asks 
Abrams if any of his past cases included "a mad genius who lost one of his creations".[40] - Victor asks Abrams for help with uncovering his past.[41]

Lady Geist suggests that Victor should see her grandson, Johann Jr., to get him fixed.[10]
- Lady Geist calls Johann her son. It's unclear if this is a mistake or a lie by Lady Geist to hide her age.

Ivy and Paige have offered to help Victor with his problems.[44][45]
