Fighting me has consequences.
Victor is a Hero in Deadlock who walks the line between life and death. Victor has learned to harness pain, shocking himself with Jumpstart to get his adrenaline rushing and his faulty heart pumping. He welcomes incoming damage with open (albeit mismatched) arms, channeling it into his Pain Battery and granting enemies a taste of the pain he endures. Get too close and risk getting caught in his Aura of Suffering, but hey, at least you'll be suffering together. And just when you think you've taken him down, he'll piece himself back together and live again!
After waking up in a mortuary table with no memories, Victor wants nothing more than to find out who made him and from whom he is made of.
It takes damage equal to 40% of Victor's Max HP to gain a charge. Cooldown Reduction (e.g. Superior Cooldown) reduces the required amount to 40% × (1 − CDR%) of Max HP, with 20% CDR, you only need to lose 32% Max HP.

Purges all debuffs when triggered. Victor is invincible and unable to move or act during channel.
If Aura of Suffering is active when Shocking Reanimation is triggered, it will turn itself off during the channel, then automatically reactivate itself when Victor revives. This resets Aura's damage ramp-up.
Attacks that trigger Shocking Reanimation will not register any deaths/kills/assists in the HUD. They will, however, trigger any and all "on hero kill" and "on assist" effects/stacks for the would-be killer and/or assistant(s).
If Victor has Cheat Death or a Rejuvenator credit, their effects are only triggered if Shocking Reanimation is on cooldown.
The only exception is for Shiv's Killing Blow, which will trigger both Shocking Reanimation and Cheat Death at the same time.
"Non-lethal" damage-over-time dealt by abilities like Aura of Suffering and Pocket's Affliction, or items like Blood Tribute, will kill Victor and trigger Shocking Reanimation if it is off cooldown.
A lot of people spend their whole lives wondering who they really are. For Victor, this existential question is made more complicated as he woke up on a mortuary table with no knowledge of his creator, why he was made, and whom he is made of.
Now searching the five boroughs for answers, Victor is hoping to find someone who can identify any part of him.
Victor's name is a reference to Victor Frankenstein; the creator of Frankenstein's monster in Mary Shelly's 1818 novel Frankenstein.
Victor's appearance and attractiveness are likely also inspired by Frankenstein's monster's description in the original novel, quote: "I had selected his features as beautiful. Beautiful! Great God! His skin scarcely covered his work of muscles and arteries beneath; his hair was of a lustrous black, and flowing."[2]
Victor was one of the heroes in a private build who was accidentally leaked on stream in May 2025, originally named Frank.[3] Victor's model was also leaked when a game tester from Deadlock's private build accidentally posted a bug report about Victor to Deadlock's public forums in July 2025.
"Brooding in the Hideout" is displayed as one's status in the in-game Friends List when playing as Victor in the Hideout.
Victor has heterochromia because his eyes belonged to different people. His left eye is brown and his right eye is blue. He also has anisocoria, as his left eye has a dilated pupil.
The barbed wire wrapped around Victor's left arm will glow with electricity when Pain Battery is ready to be used.
Victor's zipline animation, in which he is dragged by his shoulders while hanging motionless, was likely inspired by a viral video of a man hanging on a zipline in a similar pose. This was suggested on Reddit before Victor was released in the Six New Heroes update, and at the time he used Lash's zipline animation.[4]
