Mo & Krill are Heroes in Deadlock. Fighting together, they are a disruptive and mobile pair that can burrow around the battlefield and leave their enemies in ruins. Beginning encounters with Burrow can let Mo & Krill pop out on unsuspecting enemies, attacking them with Scorn to damage and Sand Blast to disarm them. With the support of their team, they can Combo one targeted enemy to pin their target in place while the rest of their allies unleash their attacks.
Members of The Tunnel Rats, Mo & Krill are smugglers and illicit traders who make the underground of New York their home. Rival gangs that try to exploit these tunnel systems for their own gain will rapidly discover how protective and deadly this pair of smugglers can be.

“Mo and Krill are members of The Tunnel Rats, a group that help facilitate illicit trade and commerce between the boroughs thanks to a network of underground tunnels. But while most denizens of the New York underworld respect the work The Rats do, every once in a while a gang tries to exploit the tunnel system for personal vendettas...that's when Mo and Krill step in and remind the city what happens to those who disrespect their hospitality.
Mo & Krill's motivation in the ritual is to achieve the respect and glory they believe is owed to them.[1][2]
Mo is a mole man.[3][4] Krill's species is currently unknown, but he has monkey-like characteristics. He also seems to have fur.[5]
Mo's full name is Maurice.[6] Krill and 
Pocket also call him "Momo".[7][8] Mo knows how to speak, but doesn't speak around people he's unfamiliar with.[9][10] Mo is learning pottery and wants to audit pottery classes at Columbia University,[11][12] although it's implied that he doesn't know to use a pottery wheel.[13] Mo stinks.[14][15]
Krill is an author and is writing a memoir about his and Mo's adventures, which currently has 31 chapters.[16][11] Krill has bathed in sewer sludge.[17]Krill also stinks.
Mo and Krill have been forced to live in the margins of society.[18] It's unknown how the two met, but Krill mentions that their friendship was forged from "respect and certain death".[19]
Mo & Krill don't work for a specific organization, as they value their independence.[20] They're friends with 
Wraith and used to do business with the Mendoza Syndicate.[21][22][23]
Mo & Krill don't like the Friends of Humanity.[24] They also don't like it when their names get mixed up.[25]
Mo & Krill have smuggled a wide variety of objects in the New York tunnels, such as jewels, fine art and Ixian trinkets.[26] They also offer information for a "reasonable price",[27] and accept money to dig new underground tunnels.[28] Notable items of value they've sold include trinkets from 
Kelvin's Ixia expedition and knock-offs of 
Mina's dresses.[29][30] Krill knows someone looking to sell a first edition copy of "Don Quixote".[31]
Mo & Krill don't pay taxes.[32]
Pocket after their assassination, and they regard each other as family.[33][34][35] They love each other.[36] Wraith's weekly poker game and owe money to her.[37] If they're on the same team, Wraith may say she called a favor to have them fighting on her side.[22] They regard each other as friends.[21][38]
