Debuff Remover is a Tier 3 Vitality item that reduces the duration of all negative effects applied to you, and has an active ability that purges all negative effects currently applied to you, granting bonus Movement Speed if any were removed.
It also provides Bonus Health and Weapon Damage to the purchasing hero.
It can be purchased from the Shop for 4,250 (its Component,
Debuff Reducer, makes up
1,250 of the cost).
